Gina at the front desk was amazing! She was polite and efficient. When my door key was not working, she came to the room to handle the situation personally. My room was clean and smelled wonderful. Actual clean sheets on the bed. Very relaxing stay.

Nice clean rooms. Staff was friendly. The price was good. Coffee was in the room. It was a perfect getaway after we lost power from hurricane Milton.

The rooms are tiled. The showers are new. The beds are comfortable and they do allow pets with a deposit. I stayed a whole week during the hurricane milton, they had power the whole time.It was wonderful. The young man at the desk managed to get me one of the last rooms and even though it was a smoking room by the end of the week. I turned it into nice, nice place to sleep.

The outside of the building is covered in vulgar graffiti and there is -genuinely as I'm writing this- a shirtless homeless man walking around in circles and yelling. His set up looks elaborate, definitely seems like there might be some drug use. I don't feel safe here, if you're traveling as a single woman or with children be aware. Also there's roaches.

It's a very pretty hotel that has a swimming pool and jacuzzi it has washer and dryer and the rooms are very beautiful it like a home has, kitchen table,rancher to keep food cool and frozen, microw pretty shower I love it I'll be renting here for 2 more weekends I am in love with this hotel

This place turns the hot water off so when you go take a shower the water to shower is cold ridiculously have to keep calling, asking them to turn on the hot water . You have to continuously go to the front desk because the room key never works. You have to call to ask for the housekeeper to come and clean the room. The worst place I’ve ever stayed don’t waste your time or your money.!

Let me share my experience…This hotel was TRASH!! Despite there being absolutely no one at the hotel the front desk price gouged me on new years and charged 130.00 for a raggedy 54.00 room with a broken toilet. Then I left for breakfast and came back to my room being completely cleaned before my 11AM check out. They literally took my personal belongings out before check out time and moved them somewhere else.
